Ahead of the May 5 governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ekiti State, a frontline contender for the APC governorship ticket, Honourable Bamidele Faparusi, on Wednesday, obtained governorship nomination form to enable him participate in the forthcoming governorship primaries of the party. The former federal lawmaker who was accompained by a large crowd of political associates, stormed the national secretariat of the APC in Abuja where they were received by the APC National Chairman Chief John Odigie-Oyegun and the National Organizing Secretary Senator Osita Izunaso. Hon. Bamidele Faparusi A Chieftain of the ruling APC and a former member of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Honourable Bamidele Faparusi, has dropped his senatorial ambition. The lawmaker is dropping his ambition after weeks of crisscrossing major wards and local government areas in Ekiti South senatorial district.
